Klaus Kortbaek – Market Director Klaus Kortbaek started his career as a systems analyst and developer doing projects based on technology from leading global vendors like Hewlett-Packard and Oracle. Klaus Kortbaek quickly paired this technological insight with client-oriented consulting and sales, and soon he was instrumental in making Norsoft the largest software distributor in his native Denmark. In 1999 Klaus Kortbaek accepted an offer from IBM Software in the Nordic region. In this setting Klaus became part of IBM Nordic management and was responsible, at various times, for sales and business development in small and mid-sized accounts as well as in the largest Scandinavian accounts. Based on his deep experience and market insight, Klaus Kortbaek in 2003 decided to join Tangora Software, as an investor and as an active management participant. In these roles Klaus Kortbaek is working to create and refine a channel and marketing concept that will enable Tangora Software to replicate its success in Denmark across the globe. As Tangora Software exclusively markets its products through value-added partners, Klaus Kortbaek's expertise in channel management is of extreme importance as web content management systems becomes a must-have for all companies and organizations.
